Sound-Absorption Performance and Fractal Dimension Feature of Kapok Fibre/Polycaprolactone Composites

چکیده

This article introduces a kind of composite material made kapok fibre and polycaprolactone by the hot-pressing method. The effects volume density, mass fraction fibre, thickness on sound-absorption performance composites were researched using single-factor experiment. was investigated transfer function Under optimal process parameters, when density 0.172 g/cm3, 40%, 2 cm, reached maximum coefficient 0.830, frequency 6300 Hz, average 0.520, band wide. research used box dimension method to calculate composites’ fractal dimensions Matlab program based theory. It analysed relationships between thickness. quantitative relations coefficient, dimension, resonant derived, which provided theoretical basis for studying performance. results showed that fibre/polycaprolactone had strong characteristics, important guiding significance composites.
